A Legal Disclaimer

At Hani Luxe Beauty, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we require adherence to the following booking and attendance policies:

A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late will be subject to a late fee of $10. Clients arriving twenty (20) minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment canceled at the sole discretion of Hani Luxe Beauty.

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded under these circumstances.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

Hani Luxe Beauty respects and values your privacy. We do not collect, store, sell, or share clients’ personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to schedule and provide our services.

Any information voluntarily provided by clients is used solely for the purpose of delivering skincare, haircare, and beauty services, managing appointments, and communicating regarding those services. Hani Luxe Beauty does not use client information for unrelated purposes.

Right to Refuse Service and Maintain a Respectful Environment

Hani Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with maintaining the dignity, integrity, and safety of our clients and staff.

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all. By using our services, clients agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
