Refund Policy

Clients who cancel their appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible to receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Hani Luxe Beauty, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we require adherence to the following booking and attendance policies:

A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late will be subject to a late fee of $10. Clients arriving twenty (20) minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment canceled at the sole discretion of Hani Luxe Beauty.

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded under these circumstances.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
